I got a blender and protein powder so, of course, I need some recipes for easy smoothies!
The blender I chose to go with was the NinjaFit since my parents have a Ninja blender already and it seems to be a quality blender that lasts. My protein powder – my first time buying – is a plant based hemp protein since I might be allergic to dairy and the milk proteins that the regular protein powders are made of. I went with the Hemp Yeah! one I saw in the supermarket. I won’t lie, I did not expect it to be green when I opened it lol. I’ll do another post about my protein powder experiments and what I put it in other than shakes and smoothies.
